Napier has a strong mistrust of all Neosapiens, even Marsala. Napier's Police Enforcer E-Frame is actually a modified Neosapien Security E-Frame that he stole while escaping from a Neo labor camp. Led by Napier, the Earthbound Resistance wreaks havoc on its Neosapien oppressors and assists the Able Squad in their missions on Earth.
