Since the base is at the heart of ExoSquad's troop deployment operation, its security is integral to winning the fight for Terran liberation. The base is outfitted with the latest in ExoTech weaponry, E-Frame maintenance machinery and intelligence-gathering scan-techs. The ExoPowered "Double the Destruction" Missile Launcher is Vesta Space Port's best line of defense against attacking Neos. The Space Port's Communications Center, Control Center and ExoMissile Launch Pad are the pride of ExoFleet. They are concealed by a metatanium compound undetectable by Neo scanners. Intelligence Officer DeLeon has been temporarily assigned to the base because of his exceptional qualifications. He will advise the Vesta Space Port crew on defensive postures against the Neos, and specifically Phaeton. DeLeon may just have to board his E-Frame to take Phaeton out himself. DeLeon fully understands the capabilities of Vesta's unique ExoTech weaponry. His knowledge of Neosapien culture and knack for determining their next move is invaluable to Vesta.
