Phoebus

Base: Spider-Man 2000: Air Strike Spider-Man.

Chest plate/shoulder pads, upper mask and glove edges: toothpaste tube.
Fire ball: came with some figure I don't remember, it's repainted.
Other modifications: 10-minutes epoxy putty.

White

Base: X-Men: Storm.
Arms: WildC.A.T.s: Voodoo.
Head: epoxy putty and part of a latex cast of a female head.

J'oan J'onzz

Base: Spider-Man: Bug Busters: Silver Sable.
Left hand: B&R: Poison Ivy.
Cape: toothpaste tube.
Other modifications: 10-minutes epoxy putty.
First appearance in Kingdom Come: Issue 3, page 37 (147 in the TPB), panel 4.

Spartian

Base: Mummies Alive: Evil Shabiti Trooper.
Head: 10-minutes epoxy putty and plastic for the fin.
Spear: a plastic tube and a weapon from a bootleg SMOS Superman figure.
Shield: plastic, attached to the figure with a magnet.
Other modifications: 10-minutes epoxy putty.
First appearance in Kingdom Come: Issue 3, page 44 (154 in the TPB), panel 1; silhouetted in foreground. I had to use the sketch I found on the internet to see this guy more clearly.

Hawkman

Base: X-Men: Beast.
Head: from a rubber/plastic eagle with a lot of epoxy putty sculpt.
Wings and feet: from the same rubber/plastic eagle.
Spear: a plastic/metal tube from a pen and a weapon from a bootleg SMOS Superman figure.
Other modifications: 10-minutes epoxy putty.

Bat-Mite

Base: Space Jam: Elmer Fudd.
Hands: The CORPS.
Cape: Metallic paper from some candy package.
Other modifications: 10-minutes epoxy putty.
